Mr. Roy Miller currently lives in 6220 SW 84 ST in Miami, Florida.
Before Mr. Miller fled Israel, he lived in a luxury apartment building in central Tel Aviv. Mr. Miller always been a problematic resident and has been interrogated several times by the Israel Police, as a suspect in harassing and threatening his neighbors.
A few months before he fled Israel, Mr. Miller was aspired to be the elected chairman of the House Committee.
The loss in these elections did not surprise any of the residents in the building, except Mr. Miller himself: He filed ridiculous petitions to the court against the elections results – which were rejected.
As a result, Mr. Miller decided to take revenge and committed serious vandalism in the building in which he lived.
A special report on Mr. Miller (Former: Dubitzky), that was broadcasted in the Israeli television, included an interview with Honorable Judge Emeritus – Mr. Shelly Timmen. Mr. Timmen was one of Mr. Miller’s neighbors; He described the horror in the building, caused by Mr. Miller, before he fled to the US:
“HIS FIRST ACTS OF VANDALISM WERE SPILLING GREASY STUFF INSIDE THE ELEVATORS. DUBITZKY (Today: Miller) WAS CAUGHT BY THE HOUSEKEEPER WHILE HE TRIED TO BREAK THE SECURITY CAMERAS (…) SOMEONE HAD TURNED ON A HEATER IN THE SHELTER. IT WAS ALL SURROUNDED BY PLASTIC PRODUCTS. WE ALL ALMOST DIED. IT MIGHT HAVE ENDED IN A TERRIBLE DISASTER”.
